Yes, it is, at least from what I understand of how VAT(Value Added Tax) works.

For Americans(and others that are interested in a basic layout of how it works): VAT

Put it shortly, yes, Taxes are included in the price shown. So what you see is what you pay.

If you're curious about rates: The Netherlands has 6% (VATLow) for food, and 19% (VATHigh) for anything else. This is important if you're going on vacation in Europe: some shops have so-called Tax-Free shopping if you're spending a certain amount (in the Netherlands it's €50). After filling the proper forms provided, you can ask for the VAT back at the airport.

No no, the VAT rates in the US vary by county (parts of states), but still, compared with us the US is always cheaper, until you get to shipping the thing

There was also the Desert Attack two pack of Voyager Blackout and Deluxe Scorponok and included in Blackout's cargo drop was a mini-Scorponok when the 1st movie came out in '07.

No...this was in stock over 6 months ago and Costco's not the type of store to let this type of product rot on their shelves for extended amounts of time. They clearanced these out around December or January and are long gone.

Yes, the non-exclusive version of this figure, which is the same mold without the gold metallic paint job, is still available in many stores. Some even have him on clearance now...

Thanks for the reply so it seems that the chance to acquire a metallic color Bee is slim. So does any one know whether Hasbro or Takara Tomy is going to release a metallic color Bee for Movie 3? Thanks!
