Just thought I'd share. He's about 95% done. Might need a paint ap or two to break up some legs details.

Wow! That looks awesome as Tracks! I don't even like that mold, and I'm tempted to try doing one, myself.

I'd give him a mouth plate, but I'm a toy accurate kind of guy. ;)

did you recast the wings in clear plastic, or is that light blue? I think he could do with the transparent yellow bits not being yellow. in vehicle mode it just looks a little bit too much like the original Cybertron Hot Shot.
Any plans to put the flame deco on... the front half of his hood? I guess it would look odd going over those grills.

Wow, that is nice. And surprising that he looks part without any resculpting or anything. Tracks'd be proud - he's still pretty.

That deco really fits the mold, good job man!

I think he simply switched the wings from Excellion :)

He looks great. Although there is something about the white interior that stands out and makes it distracting from the vehicle form. IMO it should be black or silver.

Wow  Just... Wow.

Took me a few before I realized it's Cyb HS. Sweet work! It's nice to see this mold repainted in something rather than orange! Well, crap I was guilty too...
That's just too awesome :D

Wow, he looks so pretty! Before this I never would have imagined how perfect Hotshot is for a Tracks kitbash or repaint.

That looks simply amazing- had someone suggested to me that Tracks would have worked as that mold before seeing this, I would have been highly sceptical- but that is just brilliant :).
