I went out to SMYTHS earlier today, and to my surprise, I found Prime Cyberverse Mirage, Dreadwing, and Ironhide! They had quite a few of the 2 commanders, whilst Mirage was the only one of his kind on the shelf. At the front no less! This was a surprise, as we've had not a single wave 2 figure since the series began in January! NOW WHERE ARE THOSE DELUXES AND VOYAGERS HASBRO??!! THEY WEREN'T IN THE ASSORTMENT CASES AT THE VERY TOPS OF THE SHELVES, SO HURRY UP ALREADY!!!!!

And on an unrelated note, I saw the whole of Bot Shots wave 3 in TESCO, which I picked up.

I got Ironhide in Tesco weeks ago, haven't seen any others though. This could be promising.

The 2 commanders weren't actually on the shelves. They were in one of those case assortment boxes on the very top. Also, Prime Weaponizers are on the SMYTHS website, yet not for sale. Dunno what's going on there.

(Shouldn't this be in the UK Sightings thread? I'm sure there's been several sightings of the Cyberverse wave 2 around there.)

I found them both at TRU about a month ago, and they've been swimming around at various supermarkets too!

Yeah, please drop by the UK sightings thread and become an Official Disgruntled Brit Kirby. Great for keeping up to date on what's out where and who's got a sale on when, plus lots of banter in between. Wave 2 has indeed been filtering through in the UK for a while now. It's even possible that the wave 1 deluxes that you're seeing on shelves are from wave 2 cases, as the wave 2 case assortment only has 1 Ratchet and 1 Arcee with the other 6 figures being repeats of wave 1 offerings and the newer figures can get snapped up pretty fast just leaving a shelf full of stuff that everybody has already picked up. I've seen some pretty stupid case break downs over the years but the new figure ratio in the wave 2 Prime deluxe cases is up there with the worst of them.

I saw an image posted here some time ago of a deluxe Arcee found in ASDA, and I recently saw a review of the same figure done by NBNA100 on YouTube which had the UK packaging with multiple language bios. In the review, the guy said he got it from TESCO, so I went earlier today to look for one, and I saw none. All it had was 6 Bumblebees, and no other deluxes. I'm gonna check around my local stores again in August, which seems like a logical date.

Don't panic too much about missing Arcee in the wave 2 assortment, frustrating as that would be, as she is also in later case assortments (off the top of my head wave 4, but I'm not 100% on that) as well. As I said the wave 2 deluxe assortment isn't very collector friendly.

I just remembered something about Dark of the Moon. In the UK, wave 1 came out in May. Then in July (I think), the wave 2 voyagers and Leader Ironhide were out. The other wave 2 and 3 figures plus Ultimate Optimus were then released some time in August. I'm guessing that something like that is also the case for the Prime line.
