Daleks vs Kull Warriors
This is a tough one, the Daleks have personel shields and can fly, but the Kulls can absorb most energy blasts and can regenrate any wounds because of the goa'uld they host.
If the suit absorbs all types of energy how did the energy from thier weapon ever make it to the body of the Kull warrior to do any damage?

Daleks take this one for me. Their beam weapons are pretty damm powerful.

Daleks, they have the smarts and tech to overcome the Kull warriors.
Hell, they've had crude forms of timetravel during their early days.
