Deadpool has Wolverine's healing factor, so...yeah, I say the Merc with a Mouth wins this one.

I'm not very familiar with Deadpool, but if Snake Eyes gets the drop on him and chops his head off, then separates the head from the body by a long distance and some serious protection (steel-and-concrete box, etc.) can Deadpool still live and fight?

Normally, he needs to have his head reattached for that to heal, though he was able to regrow it after Hulk smashed it in.

Deadpool, probably, thanks to his erratic, unpredictable fighting style. He's beating out some of the best assassin's in the Marvel Universe thanks to that, even Taskmaster.

Deadpool is impossible. Snake Eyes is improbable.

I think that plastic surgery is better these days, so Snake Eyes might decide to take off the mask if his face looks more normal.

I guess Snake Eyes wins by default.
