“Declarative: As Vortex indicated, Megatron will have use of you, now that your gestalt form is conceivably ready for deployment. We are to begin the mechaforming of this planet.”
Before Shockwave could continue further, a transmission came through from Reflector.
“Acknowledged,” he said simply.
