I got my digital pre-purchase downloaded and ready to install the moment the servers go live, and my Collector Edition being shipped out the 15th!
If you see a Demon Hunter named Soviette tearing it up in PVP (whenever it actually comes around), you'll know it's me!

I'm not referring to all the server issues and other fun stuff that's been happening either, but that has played a part in building up to my frustration.
The game I purchased is a faulty disc and won't install properly so I can go about as far as rescuing Deckard Cain before it craps out on me.
I know this can fixed with a new disc, but at this point, I'm so frustrated that I just want my money back.
Sorry Blizzard, but a glorious screw up on your end soured a 10 year wait for this game.

You've waited 10 years, but you won't spend another 30-60 minutes downloading and re-installing the client?
You won't have to re-roll your hero, as they are stored on Blizzard's end.
I'm really enjoying the game so far, almost done Act III normal. I'd say you're really missing out.

I gave it a little more time.
Belial is pissing me off, but most of this is because of lag issues. I can't kill him cause the lag from the online connection gets me killed. level 27 demon hunter.
Overall, I can say I regret getting this game. Sure the story is enjoyable, but I can only enjoy clicking things to death so long before I want to go onto the next chapter in the game.

I finally killed Belial. Not impressed witht he fact that the demon hunter's evasion abilities usually get him killed in that fight.
Potion cool down is a big issue for me at the moment. If it was set at 15 seconds, I would be happier. 30 seconds is too much time and doesn't let you get out of a bad situation fast enough. It's pretty much designed to the point that if you are at the point of using a potion, then you are dead anyways.
Another complaint. I don't like that I have to play through nightmare and hell to finish off my artisans. They are now at the point of needed these pages to help them level up and I discovered that finding them requires beating normal first. Kinda overrated. I would like to have access to that arsenal now so I can deal with the harder levels with good armor.

Those random enemies that one shot you are the rare/champion packs that are randomly generated. they are tough to kill, but they drop the best loot in the entire game. They are worth the time to whittle down their health.
All of the items are completely randomized, rares and legendaries just have a better chance of higher stats, no guarantee though.
Belial gives me trouble on my Demon Hunter as well. He just hits so damn hard. If you are still using Vault, I'd suggest swapping it out for Smokescreen (1 second invulnerability, or 1.5 with the Lingering Fog Rune), this is spammable so you can stay invulnerable for close to 5 seconds. (More if you use Preparation to refill your Discipline)
Does anyone else have terrible latency? I'm consistently at 300ms, and spikes up to 1900ms...

Just dive into 3. The first 2 weren't pieced together to have a 3rd game so 3 spends time on bringing it all together. You won't miss any story.
Level 32 and am stuck in the first mission of act 4. I'm a little pissed that I can't go back and level up. One thing I liked about Diablo 2 was that I could warp to wherever I wanted, but now I'm stuck on this boss that sends a horde of shades at me and I can't defend properly. Iskatu is his name or something. Anyone have any tips for normal with the demon hunter? This is a little aggravating.
Is there any way I can repeat missions and do stuff so I can go back to Act 4 later?

Okay. As long as it doesn't erase my XP each time. I need to go and kill monsters for a while.
I would like some new crossbows. I noticed a lot of people say a demon hunter is best with using the 2 hand crossbows, but I've had a lot of success with the dual wielding single handed. The issue I have though is that there aren't a lot of single hand crossbows found in act 3. Add to that, I prefer rare ones cause the stat bonuses are what makes the dual wielding appealing.
Anyone else find it odd that Azmodan was easier to kill than Belial? Shouldn't it have been the other way around considering the order of the bosses?

I find Belial to be the most difficult boss in the game. Normal kiting techniques don't work well in the small map you have to fight on.
For the first boss in Act IV, I use Hungering Arrow, Rapid Fire, Impale, Smokescreen, Caltrops, and Preparation.
Kite the adds around and slow them with Caltrops. When a group are bunched up, unload on them with Rapid Fire. Save Impale for the boss himself. I you're in trouble, or can't dodge in time, pop Smokescreen and make some distance between your self and the boss. The Battle Scars rune for Prep also restores %60 of your Life, so use that when there are no health globes, or you are out of Discipline.
Beat The Butcher on Hell this morning, moving onto Act II!

The level 32 run for the grenades seems like it worked great for the initial horde of shades. I actually don't have any issues until the actual boss joins the fray. If I could clear the shades and then kill him that would be easy.
What level do ou recommend for act 4?
Also, will the crafting pages start dropping once I get to the next portion of the game? I really want better armor.

Gear is impossible to do now. It took over a month to get a set piece and while I understand the point of the item hunt and that it takes work, this game is geared entirely towards the idea that you play it 24/7.
