Some of his movies:
Ferris Bueller's Day Off
Sixteen Candles
Pretty in Pink
The Breakfast Club
Weird Science
He was only 59.
HK, depressed. Another part of my childhood gone.

3 of my favorite movies are in that list you provided too..
The Breakfast Club
Sixteen Candles
Weird Science
Think for yourself, don't let the magic TV box and social media do the thinking for you.
Question EVERYTHING!!
Just because you have a youtube review channel doesn't make you special.
I look forward to attending a Botcon soon only to settle matters with several idiots in person (yes this is a threat).

Everything good died in the early nineties. We just shoulder on, with the occasional nostalgia tribute to lighten the burden.

But I did love The Breakfast Club the best. Pretty in Pink was OK, Sixteen Candles was good. Never saw Ferries Bueller or Weird Science...
