DOTM "Ultimate"(?) Optimus Prime

Looking back at good ole Dark of the Moon "Ultimate" Optimus Prime, comparing him to some modern voyagers (since the inner robot is described as about voyager size) and to a couple of titans (since it is stated he has about 2 feet worth of limbs and wings). Just how "ultimate" though was and IS this guy?
