I stopped by the Tchoupitoulas Wal Mart oduring lunch and nabbed a Shockwave and Powerglide.
I have to admit Skyhammer looks kind of cool in person but I am only buying selective with this line.

Found leader class Sentinel Prime and voyager Megatron at Target. Didn't find a Shockwave though (boo hiss) but I'll venture out to walmart later in the evening as to avoid the unwashed masses.

all of the deluxes in wave one and two, all the wave one and two voyagers minus skyhammer, leader sentinel, cyberverse megs and his base, cyberverse starscream and his carrier, cyberverse s.p., blackout, and powerglide. it was a good day indeed!! :grin:

Went to Wal-Mart and got to the toy isle just as they were putting out the first box of figures. Picked up a voyager Optimus and Shockwave. As far as the votyager class figures, the worker only had one box to put out, and Megatron wasn't in it (There were 2 Primes, 1 Shockwave, and another that I think was Ironhide). She even checked in the back for me (I used to work at this wal-mart, and she always helped me out back when ROTF was first out and I was looking for figures). But alas, no Megs.

Might go back later to see what deluxes they put out. Not interested in the leaders, but I may get deluxe Starscream.

The case that was put out was the Wave 2 case... Wave 1 has Megatron... Good Hunting!

Went to only two places, Target and TRU. At Target picked up Voyager Megatron (only one left! :grin:

), Roadbuster, and Crankcase.

Then went to TRU cause I remembered you get a free Cyberverse prime if you spend $25 or more. Over there I got (takes breath)

i was able to take a nab at crankcase yesterday and.. he pretty beast
i do have a question, whoever has dotm deluxe ratchet, can you write a review on him thanks
maybe go somewhere this weekend to take a nab at someone

You know, that reminds me - I saw something weird at my TRU. They had SIX Leader Bumblebees and NO Sentinel Primes. At first I thought someone bought up all the SPs, but there's no way my TRU opened six cases of Leader figures (BB and SP come together in a case). The spot they have reserved for them isn't even big enough to hold 12 Leader figures.

wanted either Starscream or Megs, ended up with Megs cause he looked cooler, though Starscream was flying off the pegs, wouldn't be suprised if he became popular once the movie gets closer.

I checked 4 walmarts today and NOBODY had anything out. Garbage.
I did just go to KMART and picked up CV Ironhide, Megatron, Barricade, Crankcase and Sideswipe.
I just couldn't bring myself to pay 20 bones for Voy Shockwave, he looks like trash, yeah I said it.

My haul consisted of several trips over several weeks, and I completed my haul today.

Here's what I've netted so far:

Cyberverse:

Powerglide (I'm not kidding, this is one figure you do not want to miss. Exceptional.)

Deluxe:

Barricade (A literal pain to transform, cut my finger doing so.)
Crankcase ("manicured" version. =\ )
Roadbuster (The Wreckers are going to be amazing. The toys are a LOT of fun.)
Topspin (This guy is fantastic. LOVE the mullet.)

Voyager:

Ironhide (At first, a mixed bag, but with a few tweaks, he turns out to be great. TIP: Swap the front wheels. This will give his arms clearance without knocking the chest loose.)

Megatron (FANTASTIC. Quite possibly the best movie Megatron mold to date. I love the Leader Class from the original movie, but this guy could take his place. Seriously.)

Shockwave (Nice robot mode. Nice tank mode. Transformation is bland and boring. Not a chore, not difficult, not super easy, just lacking in fun. Very bland transformation, but it works.)

Leader:

Sentinel Prime (He might be a shellformer, he might have most of his robot mode hanging off the bottom of his vehicle mode, but dang he's fantastic. One of the better Leader Class figures out of all three movies, and the best out of all the DOTM molds, so far. (IMO.) TIP: The instructions are crap. Make sure the tabs on his forearms face out towards the sides of his vehicle mode, and make sure the back of his hand is facing the same way as the tabs, otherwise he'll never stay together and you could break him. I stressed tabs on mine until I got it right.)

All in all, I'm seriously impressed with what we've received so far.

Bummer, yeah no Shockwave here either, but from what people are saying that do have him, he isn't all what he's cracked up to be. Anyone have any idea who the most sought after ones are gonna be?.

I'm not sure, but of all the places I visited today I only saw 1 Topspin. I even saw a case of Deluxes get opened at KMart today and there wasn't a Topspin in there (???). I thought that was strange.

Oh, and Shockwave is definitely the most desired of the bunch, IMO. I expect him to be gone from my stores soon.

Decided I needed a few things, so I checked the local walmart one last time today. There was hardly anything on the shelves, but the very nice and helpful lady working toys checked her skid for me. Leader Class Assortment was at the very very bottom..

Tada: Leader Sentinel in hand. Also got Voyager Ironhide. Everything else on the shelves looked like crap, including the 3 or 4 voyager Primes.

I don't think at the moment I can agree. He's okay. Nice vehicle mode. Robot can't stand up in any sort of poses without using his fire hose to balance him. And the panels are extremely fiddly, at least on mine. It seems each movie has had one of these panel formers that's difficult to get things in just such places. Movie 1 = Leader Brawl. Movie 2 = Jetfire. And now Movie 3 = SP.

I don't think I regret buying him, but I know damn well now that he won't be changing forms very often!

i went to my walmart today and i finally saw some restock of DOTM!!!!! i got voyager prime and voyager megatron, and am currently saving money for more! :twisted:
