All I've managed to get was a leader class ironhide. he was the only thing that caught my attn in walmart, and he is my fave xD. looking for an ultimate optimus but dont want too big a dent in my wallet. unfortunately, my local meijer and walmart dont have much

I also got Ultimate Optimus Prime today. I really, really like this guy. The core Prime is a lot better in person; I really like him. The combined mode is a beast and the Ultimax Super Cannon is cool.

Ultimate Optimus is still selling for $65 with free shipping at Walmart.com. Mine just arrived yesterday. And if you find one cheaper later, you have 90 days to return with Walmart, and you can just do it at the store--no need to pay return shipping. Can't lose.
For sale: My entire Transformers and third-party collection. Includes Masterpiece, Generations, Universe, Movie, Prime, Armada/Energon/Cybertron, G1, G2, a few Japanese imports, etc. Many never opened, the rest displayed in enclosed display cases to keep the dust off. A few ads on Craigslist/OfferUp for DC/MD/VA locals, will post on boards or ebay when I have time.

Just got DLX Starscream & Thundercracker, Target Exclusive VGR Starscream and the Moony Optimus w/ Commettor. I have to say I'm impressed with all of the figures. 
Target Starscream is my first figure of that mold. His transformation was better than I expected. I have the Leader so the only reason I got him is to be in scale with my DOTM Megs & Shocky. He fits perfect! Same reason for Moony Optimus. I had no interest in the ROTF VGR mold since I have the Leader. He's just right to face off with Megs and waaaay waaaay better than DOTM VGR Optimus! He looks good with DOTM VGR IH & SH. A freakin' clone of the Leader. Last it's DLX SS & TC. I didn't know Hasbro could shrink the Leader SS to a DLX. Yes he's on the short side but I think he's a great representation of the character. Screamer is displayed only with my movie DLX Seekers. 
Can't wait to add Skywarp!

Picked up DOTM Skyhammer. Looks awesome in both modes. The only thing that bothers me is that ridiculous blue mouthpiece. At first I though it was the white head that skewed the look of the fig, but in fact it was the blue on his mouth. I mean, can't they spare a bit of silver for the mouth?
I could understand if they didn't want to waste money on adding a different paint for the mouth's paint app, but there wasn't a hint of that blue on him anywhere else. Which means that they could have chosen any damn color they wanted for the mouthpiece.
That extremely minor rant aside, Skyhammer is worth every cent of the asking price. The only way he could be better is with a little panel lining, and some silver paint on that mouth of his.

FYI I was at my local Target and I noticed HA Bee and that HA retardo-bot had a price hike. Yes, they were not priced at $29.99 I just can't remember what the price was. Sorry about that or for not checking the prices of any deluxe or voyager prices. So what do we make of this, anyone else notice?

Got a Wal-Mart giftcard, found out that Ultimate Optimus is now in store, nationwide, but he's in the back, so if you want him, you'll need this number: 0065356960177 (and give it to them exactly like that, don't modify it), and they can go pull it from the back for you.
They did for me. $64.96
Now, onto the figure itself... I said I wouldn't buy it unless it was on clearance, but when I realized it wasn't coming out of my pocket and he was cheaper here than anywhere else, I went for it. *shrugs*
I'm not all that won over by it, yet. I will admit, the combined super mode is pretty impressive and looks fantastic in person. Even with the gun swung forward (which I prefer, actually), he looks massive and really neat in his super mode.
I'll be posting a review asap.
