The Energon Pub

So I saw DOTM Laserbeak and thought "oh yeah, I need those wings and guns". So now the wings are being used for another mod, but his guns got a little work and some airbrushed flat black Testor's enamel followed by a few silver highlights. I glued the mechtech gears so they are locked in one position then cut off the bottom rocket launcher section of the one gun and trimmed the back bottom sections to make them fit Prime's hands better. Filled the holes, which look rough because I used Testor's contour compound (now thanks to Skyfire77 I know about mighty putty). At some point I may refill the holes on these with putty and repaint those areas so it has a smoother appearance, but for now they are a nice dual wield set for WFC Optimus Prime. Also shown is a repainted buster rifle from a Wing Zero kit that I decided to slap on Optimus as well. Eventually I will get a post up with pics of where Laserbeak's wings ended up
