The Greatest of the undead battle to the Death (or is that life?)
Assume that if you hit one hard enough they'll die, the immortality factor doesn't really apply. Except the horseman still lives without his head. Let's just assume that they are immortal, but can kill each other in a fight.

So Random Nookan old 18th century Village. A travellers town. Drackula appears. THe headless horseman does too. a few days of rest, and a torrential storm hits. the towm is now an island, neither can pass.

Either Drac's vamps people and sheer numbers overcome headless horseman, or flying vampire out maneuvers horse.

Seems like freddy Vs Jason style to me.

If The horseman can stab Dracula in the heart with that sword of his this fight is over. Mind you this fight lasts over several nights what ever poor 18th century town there in is a graveyard before the end. Either because the horseman took some heads or Dracula fed.

Personally I give this fight to the horseman for one reason The horseman has a sword that he can use to either gut or decap Dracula.

A sword, though stabbing or decapitation, will not kill a Vampire. Wooden stake through the heart, sunlight, silver in some scenarios, but not just a sword or decapitation. And even though that's how they killed Dracula in the original novel, (Though they used a kukri and Quincey's bowie knife) they also did it before sundown. Even then, Dracula isn't slow, he has a warrior heritage, and he's smart enough to know that if someone comes at him with a sword, then he should take one of many measures to avoid him, ranging from side-stepping to becoming a cloud of mist.

While we're on the subject, the original Sleepy Hollow implied that the Headless Horseman wasn't actually a ghost, or even undead at all, but a human, and a competitor of Ichabod Crane's.
