Forgot to post this the other day too. A better view of reduced backpack.

I agree with you Fenrir, he just looks the part.

So I currently have him pre-ordered at BBTS (which means nothing until he's paid for) but I'm really contemplating ditching him and Apollyon and just upgrading my Combiner Wars leader Megatron. Using both upgrade kits that are available I can make one awesome leader Megatron and just wait until Takara releases theirs. Even if they don't I think I'll still be happy with CW Megatron as leader of my MP 'cons.

I say this, as I've found I like to frequently transform my figures as of late. My daughter and I are playing with them and I want durability and fun but complex figures (I still want her to ask me to put it into bot or vehicle mode :-D

) Apollyon is none of these, MP5 isn't, CW Megatron is. And Mightron looks that way too.

I reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaally want this guy. I want to transform an MP(style) Megatron with as little issue as possible (like parts falling off, or tabs not staying in place). This figure seems to do that.

Well, I might be wrong, but I think one of them is MP Megatron himself. If so, then a stiff breeze should be able to knock him off his rusty feet. And even if that doesn't happen, he won't be able to raise his ludicrously-oversized fusion cannon at us.
