good robot mode, umm................WHAT THE HELL IS THE VEHICLE!!!!!

Check it again: the seller has updated the ebay listing with a scan of the instructions. The guns do fire projectiles, and it would appear the plane mode is mistransformed, although only slightly.

I actually like all three modes. The tank looks awesome from the instructions, and the robot mode is obviously top notch. Definately getting this guy whenever he comes out in stores.

The jet mode in the original designs looked much better. On the plus side, the bot mode hasn't changed all that much from those designs, so perhaps if the parts are lined up a little better, the plane mode can look a little more like this:


The differences in the tank mode seem to be mostly in the turret. The basic transformation appears to be the same.


In jet mode they've lost the air intake ducts and blacked out the cockpit. I suppose does it makes it more toon accurate.

I'm impressed with this figure. I eagerly anticipate his release in stores. Although, the paint job does need a little more work in my opinion. He just looks kinda "flat" in the way he was painted. Maybe this was done to make him more show accurate. However, he should have a little more detail added to his sculpt and his paint job in the final release. The turrets should also be longer, or at least have a "telescoping" feature to make them either shorter or longer, depending on which mode he's in. After all, this is a production sample. The figure will probably change a little bit by it's final release. Other than that, I'm definitely gonna buy this figure along with so many other Animated transformers. This figure of Blitzwing is instant win in my opinion. BTW The spinning heads gimmick was done very creatively I must add.

He is the best Transformer in this line i've seen! His Jet mode is a little stubby, but a worthy sacrifice. I can sexhis tank turret, it just flips forward and you pull the nosecone down to go from jet to tank, and I expect everyone can moreorless work out how you go from robot to jet? Anyway, i'll display him in 'bot mode, but which face? Probably monocle, maybe crazy, but soo not angry.

Oops! didn't see the instructions! Well, I hope those projectiles are blue and orange, for fire and ice, that'd be cool. Looks like he is a voyager, and I was so sure he was gonna be deluxe. Damn! I'll just have to fork out an extra £10 when he get released in Britain, i.e 2012..
Who has £150 to spend on transformers? How rich is Sean long? Is he in fact Bill gates in disguise? When will I get my Blitzwing DAMMIT!
All these questions will be answered hopefully, next week!

You know, one thing I'm curious to know is the colour of Blitzwing's missiles. Will they be red for his tank mode or blue for his jet mode? You can't have it both ways.

Whoops! Looks like the earlier auction just got axed. Someone with cash to spare better buy this new BIN before Hasbro clamps down.

I knew that was going to happen. That's what they get for setting it up for the longer time period. Everyone knows the major bidding is done in the last few minutes anyway.

Yea, I surprise the Bidder just didnt have a "Buy Me Now" option like starting around 200 hundred dollars or sumthing like that.

And I was waiting 2 see wat will the final bid on it will be.
