Going by Action-HQ's listing for the Encore Minibots, the set includes Bumblebee, Powerglide, Warpath, Cosmos & Huffer, so I'm not seeing what the problem is.
My vote for the HOF goes to my favorite Transformer, Kup, to the Headmasters (who still need new figures that aren't just the characters without their master components) and to seibertron.com for for being the ultimate TF resource.

It's definitely confirmed that the Minibots lineup will consist of Bumblebee, Outback, Pipes, Tailgate, and Swerve. This has been confirmed through Japanese hobby magazines this month. Some of the online retailers still have the outdated information on their sites.
