I don't know who this guy is and was hoping someone could help. The logo on the back says Mark or Marx it looks late 70's or early 80's and obviously is missing his arms.

Nope, but he looks pretty neat. I used to have a little robot that turned into some tiny binoculars and looked rather similar to that, can't help you with the brand but it's not an 'official' TF.

After I looked the link for the toy archive they had the binocular guy was in the same toy line but they were not sure of the name. Thanks a bunch this is a great forum

After a bit of remembering I think he may have been called 'Binox'. And yes this is a great forum, welcome and be sure to stick around! Beware of nuts though....
