Agamemnon wrote:"...to battle an illusive enemy..."
What, they aren't really there? The enemy is only an illusion?

That's not what illusive means.
Illusive means slippery or difficult to catch.

Funny, I thought that was being elusive...
Skyfire-5 wrote:I've been a solid proponent of FansProject. Its really tough for me to say it, but the head design is really a downer. They're usually on point with the details. Considering the engineering aptitude of these guys, how could such a major aesthetic flaw be overlooked (edit: the base figure's head visibility in combined mode). A simple small piece of plastic with a hinge at the bottom of the face sculpt could have done wonders for the set - something I hope Shadow Scyther remedies. It's an awesome set, no doubt. But what a glaring flaw. Kills me. I'm buying it, but it would have been nice to not have to buy an upgrade to the upgrade like the missile launchers add on set. Sigh... oh well.

Yeah I guess my bad spelling was showing.
But after "Causailty," I think it's best to go with what we think they meant.
craggy wrote:Also, being slippery could be "Eel-usive"?

Gauntlet101010 wrote:The head doesn't seem so bad. It's being a neck now. It's definately something I'm not used to seeing, but I think it'll grow on me once I have it in-hand. Like City Commander's face.
Rodimus was never meant to have add-ons in the first place. I think the overall effect of the set is very effective.

Rated X wrote:I was surprised how the color of the Fansproject Protector armor didnt clash as bad as I thought they would with the 3 pack Rodimus. But your gallery made it look so good I ordered a Protector kit. You sold me on it. Thanks Ryan

Forum goers however ... we seem few and far between, but we do have a sightings page!.
I'm probably the most notorious of the convicts here, second would be Elita-1.![]()
As for the rest of them, I swear they hide or are just too ashamed to admit being in the same country as me.![]()
Now if you're after some of these 3rd party projects, most of the guys from OzFormers tend to hit up Robotkingdom. Never used them myself but I think they're Asian based and that saves us on shipping.
