Has anyone in the US or the EU ever ordered something from https://www.tfsafari.com ? What are your experiences? I'd like to order the Siege Soundwave upgrade kit, and maybe some other things. Thanks!

Well, just gonna answer my own question: 100% satisfied.

Their website is a bit quirky, as the cart will fill up, you there is no button to go to your cart. You can click on the word "cart" but it won't take you there. At least when using Chrome. I had to manually type in /cart in the URL, which worked.
Otherwise, checkout went fine, prices all included shipping, I feel pricing was fair, products were described clearly and accurately.
I ordered MP10V's trailer, a set of 3 guns for the C.W./PotP insecticons, the Siege Soundwave upgrade kit and a KO Core Magnus for my C.W. Ultra Magnus, which works perfectly with it.

I got a quick reply through messenger upon ordering these that they'd ship everything now, and the 3 guns later, and I told them that was fine by me. I didn't mind waiting for the guns to be in stock, but they shipped everything anyway, so about 4 days later I already received the trailer, core magnus and the soundwave kit in a box, which sadly did have a nasty dent in one corner, which also damaged the Core Magnus outer box, but all the components were 100% fine inside, no damages. (And I don't care about the outer box, I don't plan on ever selling it anyway).
The toy boxes were packed in a cardboard outer box, which would normally be sturdy enough, and all that wrapped in a plastic bag, so any water damage would be avoided as well.
I can't blame TF Safari for careless postal workers, but since the toy boxes also have plastic trays for everything inside, the toys themselves were just fine. They did all they could to pack it safely, and even with the big dent, it arrived safely. So kudo's.
And just one or two days later, the guns arrived in a tiny cardboard box inside a bubble envelope. And they are great.

I'd recommend TF Safari anytime.

Happen to see this, you're so kind to give us a objective review here dude. We're new in the market (no more than 1 year since we started to sell overseas), anyway what we do is to give our customer the best price and service. Hope you have more fun with us in the future.

Just made my first order with tfsafari, for the APC toys Night Countess.
The figure was missing half of her spider legs.
Hopefully they have a system in place for replacement parts.
Not a happy customer right now.
