Loving the packaging. It's probably going to be called bland and boring, but for some reason, I love it.

I can't wait for these to be released. Wow, does it look good. Plus, if there's no accessories other than his pistol, the price might actually stay at $50.00, perhaps even less. (I can't imagine that a figure with a pistol should go for much more than that...)

Oh sweet, I love the packaging that FP uses and it still looks great here. We also have a name for non-Breakdown. Using context, his name is Car Crash. Looks like the 2 pack rumor is proven false though

So according to Sidecutter of CapturedPrey, FP's already released pricing information, but has asked that preorders not start until Feb 1, with the first figure, Breakdown, shipping mid-Feb if all goes according to plan.

No info on what the price will be.

We've got Devastator from TFC.
Superion from TFC.
Predaking from MMC
Bruticus from FP, as in their Crossfire II set.
Menasor from FP.
That's what, five of the G1 gestalts? There's still Defensor, Computron, Abominous, Piranicon and Monstructor IIRC.

I was really hoping that they would start releasing these around Feb, great news!

Fingers crossed for a better shot of Menasor and some size comparisons before the first one ships though...

FP Bruticus doesn't count (for me at least), we need a full set of bigger figures for him, and if MakeToys do something similar to Giant then that won't count either

FP upgraded Superion and Bruticus count. That said, I wouldn't mind a similarly sized new Superion (Uranos is too expensive) and replacements for 3/5 of Bruticus.

But out of all the combiners left, I want a FP-sized Defensor. He's the last of the original 1-2 season combiners not to get a decent homage and the last that's really needed to fill out my Seasons 1 - the movie collection. The only combiner outside of that field that really interests me is Predaking. And, MAYBE, Piranacon.

More on topic, the box looks decent. But I'm not in this to collect boxes, I'm in this for some sweet FP Combiner action! Once pre-orders start I'm all in. it's sooner than I'd like, but I'll break my collecting rule to wait for my paycheque for these guys.

I really want to see Abominous.. just re watch a season 3 episode the other day, and Abominous looks really cool. Also was browsing the TFW2005 forums it would appear that these will be more expensive then the old causality figures but not by much.

See, they say that but as soon as it was listed it was listed as sold out. I think they just reloaded the listing without the charity part but don't have any coming in.

oh. looking so good. definitely down for a set of these. first one comin feb? (well...announced as coming in feb...so April?) would really like to start hearing about Motormaster and seeing some pics of Menasor.

Oh, and I doubt they'll do it, but FP presumably could call the leader of these guys Motormaster, since Hasbro don't seem to either be able to, nor care about retaining their trademark on it by calling the character Decepticon Motormaster either.
