Thanks for pointing that out, I didn't notice the feet at first.

Just a new head for Hegemon made little sense, when a new head for Prime could probably get me to buy that figure.

Looks that way, and it's pul;led off better than MP-08's height modifications.

I don't need it though. I'm fine with Megatron as he is.

Well, it's good for Orion owners anyway. It's odd that Toyworld made the two different sizes.

Do the old feet need to peg out,to allow the new feet to pop in? are these slippers that slip over the existing feet?

They have to be slippers, I think. Otherwise, there's no ball joint to connect to.

Owning both Orion and Hegemon, I feel the are already so close in size, I'm not sure Hegemon needs leg lifts.

They would be better off filling the back of his shins like that shapeways upgrade....

How about a mod to make Orion shorter instead ?

The kit comes with 2 heads and the platform shoes. The slippers just have a peg that goes into the bottom of Hegemon's stock feet, so NO, you don't have to remove his feet to install the slippers. But the slippers do need to be removed when putting Hegemon into ALT mode. To me, I am very happy Hegemon stands eye to eye with Faith Leader and Orion now.

I sold my Faith Leader years ago... looking at Hegemon & FL side by side makes me regret that decision.

Also sold Faith Leader. It became pointless for me to own FL any longer when MP-10 got released.
