Yup, you are right. Depticharge's head is Megatron's. Actually, Megatron got used for Depticharge. I've got a Japanese book on the Binaltechs and it has concept images of Megatron, with that particular head.
It does look like Arcee will have the same head, which is unfortunate.

I don't think the Subaru mold is good enough. It's one of the first molds, if not the very first. It's kinda not perfected yet, compared to other later molds.

Serviceable though, its the base mold for a lot of repaints and retools
