Eh, I can see why those who already have this mold (or several repaints of it) would be dissapointed but I foolishly missed getting it first time around so I wouldn't mind.

For the naysayers and nonbelievers, we have more Scout repaints for the movie. Of particular note are the Sector 7 symbols on both Hardtop and Signal Flare!

I tried the link and it didn't work, but I beleave you none the less. Are they re-colors or just the originals with the Sector 7 symbols slaped on them?

I was going to buy it however sounds like he's just mailing it in a bubble mailer from Singapore and that doesn't inspire much confidence.

I've read Hasbro is making sure the movie and the other lines stay as much apart as possible, what with them having to share profits with Paramount and all.

I'm pretty sure that's true, and this one will *not* be Movie Toy-Line

If you want to know, Signal flare has been repainted in green & brown cammo with grey weapons & Hardtop has been repainted dark blueish-grey with black weapons. I don't really like the Signal flare colours but I might get the Hardtop.

Hmnnn...... It's kinda sad that the Wal-Mart in Apache Junction doesn't have anything good any more. Now that I'm not really interested in titanium series anymore are they willing to carry them. Can't help but say so because I saw Scourge there today, and that's what this deco reminds me of.

There's gonna be a deluxe-class Arcee? Will it be a new mold, or a repaint of Override? I've always thought that with a new head mold Override would make a good Arcee. Edit: I'd much rather there be a new mold though. I'd just be surprised if was.

A Masterpiece? Why a Masterpiece? I'm really not that big a fan of Masterpiece. I'm probably going to get Ultimate Bumblebee, but I dunno if that counts as Masterpiece. It depends on how Takara/Tomy will release it. I just figure it's about the same scale as Masterpiece.

As for giving us a G1 Arcee, that's always been my train of thought for using Override as a base mold. Override's vehicle mode isn't a far cry from Arcee's. The only major difference is that Arcee's a convertable, and Override isn't.

I dont think override looks anything like her G1 car form maybe just the sleek lines of the car thats about it.. If they were to make a G1 Arcee it would have to be a new mold , not based off anyone else or a repaint.. Hasbro has gotten way to lazy with amount of repaints they been putting out and slaping new names on..
And i agree , a Masterpiece Arcee would be pretty bad ass .. I hope they continue on with the masterpiece series, they are by far the best transformers ever made. I only have prime so far but this summer i plan on getting more , all 3 if im lucky...

I don't think this is the new Movie Arcee. She's listed as a Deluxe on Toys R Us website to buy, and I am just personally hoping she's a little more taylored to the original Movie in design, kinda like Optimus still looks mostly the same. I hope she is Pink and has her classic Princess Leia Hairbuns

Truthfully we have only really seen her in Energon. Yes, they had the dollar store re-release in Universe packaging (but not repainted).

Other than that she has not been in any of the other regular lines' lineups. She had a Toy Dreams Project repaint (japanese during Superlink/Energon time), and then she was released in triplicate with a new head mold for Botcon 2005, which was a very limited release to only certain people.

However, as a repaint in another mass retail US line, she's not made it. She was not in Cybertron, not in Classics.

I find it kind of refreshing to see her again. Sure it's the same mold, but I like the new color scheme, and always welcome another female into the ranks of my Transformers corps.

While I understood what you meant because I saw (and own) the many releases of Bruticus (RID Ruination, Armada urban camo, and Walmart RID desert camo), Arcee really has only had one release to the mass market in the US, at least from my point of view.

Not Guard City that is DEFENSOR, BATTLE GAIEA is Bruticus.

G1, G2, Battle Gaiea, Baldigus, Ruination, Ruination--urban camo, Ruination desert--camo.

7 total, I believe, although I think Baldigus, and Ruination have the same paint applications...so maybe 6?
