Now, this is not a news post or something, this is jut me speculating and putting thoughts of mine to paper forum post.
Now we all know that Generations is coming back and that it will carry the Fall of Cybertron figures. Five of them are the Combaticons and they will combine into Bruticus.
Now we're all speculating that the combined form will be huge based simply on the fact that all five components are Deluxe Class figures, which means Bruticus will tower over the Energon incarnation that had Scout sized limbs.

I say the figure will be about the same size, maybe even shorter.
Why?

Well, we know that since Enrgon toy sizes have decreased, we also know that the upcoming deluxes, of which the FOC toys will be part of, are significantly smaller than the previous ones. All together, the final combiner might not be as massive as we would expect it to be.

I wouldn't say that out loud. I'm comparing my lone Energon Steamhammer and Storm Jet with Gen. Blurr, Gen. Cybertronian Megatron and RtS Perceptor and they're roughly the same height. In fact, Megatron is taller than both of them!
The Combaticons will suffer a bit due to the combining gimmick, but if you take a Deluxe in vehicle mode, and another in robot mode on top with the legs collapsed, that's about the height I'm seeing Bruticus become.

The energon combiners stood at about 9 inches or so. So I'm thinking FOC Brutty will be roughly 10 or 11. no more than that though.

Taller yes, but he won't really tower over energon combiners.

I think FoC Bruticus will be quite a bit smaller considering the 'Deluxes' he's composed of are smaller than the WFC Deluxes (someone did a side by side comparison in height between FoC Shockwave and WFC Prime when Shocky was on display).

I don't mind terribly, but it does kinda suck that everything Has/Tak makes is shrinking.

I don't think so, at least not that I recall. I just remember reading it in the news article here on Seibertron during their coverage of the event where the FoC figures were first being displayed publicly.
