Saw this at Wal*Mart today. At first I thought someone at the factory just stuck a Jazz head on it by mistake but it's actually the right head mold just in a shade of blue about the same as Jazz's.
The packaging wasn't quite intact but it was also messed up on another Sideswipe so it might have just been from a crushed case or something. Does this head belong to another figure? I can't imagine why someone would go to the trouble of swapping the heads.

Looks like it might actually be the head mold from Generations Red Alert but I have no idea if it was ever used for another TF in blue.

Looking at FoC Sideswipe, that's definitely not the same head mold... The "horns" on this blue head are longer.

You need to work on your reading comprehension. I never said there were 2 like this or that the package was open.
The factory tape was still intact and where the bubble is slightly coming off the card near the top and bottom doesn't actually allow access to the figure. Looks like it might just be faulty glue application or something.
