Is anyone able to post pictures of these side-by-side? I'd love to get the Junkions just to have some cool rides for my Fansproject Not-Insecticons... but I've NO idea how close the colors are. Most of the pictures of the Shattered Glass Junkions look very "blue" instead of "purple"... but looking back at the FP pics & reviews, they appeared very off in color to what they actually are in-hand.

They fit on the bike mold quite decently though (with some posing effort), judging by the Junkheap that I have... so I think it'd be really cool. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Surely some of you have both these items...

cool idea. I don't have the Botcon guys, so closest I'd be able to do is a Wreck-Gar ridden by an Insecticon, and it seem you've got that close yourself.

Thanks! Yeah, I thought the 2 teams could possibly make an awesome combo... the Junkions are just damned-expensive though, so I'm hoping someone can confirm that they do indeed look pretty good together. I looked at a lot of stuff trying to compare colors & shockingly the FP Insecticons also look very "blueish" in reviews and photos... just like the Botcon Junkions... even though in-hand, the FP group is undoubtedly "purple" to the max.

I just compared them and they are a slight shade off in both the yellow and purple.

The yellow more because the Junkions use paint and the FP insecticons are molded plastic.

The purples are close, but off by just a hair.

I think it shows up more in pics than in reality, and it would depend on the lighting in your display area.

Personally, I think they would do well together.

Thanks rpetras & wow!!! They're actually a LOT closer than I thought judging by everything I've seen so far. They're so close I can barely see a difference in your photo. So the Junkions must be MUCH more purple than all the photos let on and not at all to be confused with regal-blue I'm seeing in all the photos? Even the red on the seats of the bikes match the eyes of the Insecti-nots! I think this might be a match made in Heaven...

Might have to sell my last spare Magnus & City Commander to get these... too bad they're not selling for what they were 2 years ago.
