So, yesterday I bought the G1 Season 2 volume 2 set. Yesterday was Tuesday, so in order to prepare for the second half of Season 2 I spent Monday night watching a lot of S2, v1. I can't remember which episode it was but the Autobots need Warpath to blast a trail through some undergrowth so they can trail the Decepticons. The exchange I wish to draw attention to went something like this......

Prime: "Warpath, we need you to blast a trail through this undergrowth so that we can track the Decepticons!"

Warpath: "Ok, Prime, I'll *blam!* blast a *POW!* trail right through *ka-pow!* this undergrowth and *powee!* we'll be able to *blamm!!* trail the Decepti *kablam!!* cons!"

Here's my question. Freedom, being the right of all sentient beings, allows for Warpath to utilize his characteristic vocal delivery. But don't you think that at some point or another, time being a factor, that Prime or anyone else would just scream out "Warpath, shut the **** up and talk noramally????" Just wondering.

I doubt I would start screaming at him, but I'm pretty sure I'd laugh my head of right in his face! :lol:

Probably the only thing that kept Warpath around was the fact that he was a military vehicle. Think about it from Prime's point-of-view:

PRIME: "Let's see: We're fighting an evil army of giant robots that are comprised of a buncha fighter jets, some tanks, a handgun, a...camera (really?), and a tape player that moonlights as a zookeeper to some birds and a cat & a couple ADHD goobers. What do we have at our disposal, Prowl?"

PROWL: "A bunch of cars and trucks."

PRIME: "Military cars and trucks?"

PROWL: "Nnnnno...regular cars and trucks."

PRIME: "Do we have any military-themed vehicles?"

PROWL: "Well, Hound's a military jeep--"

PRIME: "That's...it?"

PROWL: "Yep. Then we have Dinobots--"

PRIME: "I...prefer not to use them if I can avoid it."

PROWL: "We do do have Warpath. He does turn into a tank--"

PRIME: "One. Tank. And that's it? Crap. Well, beggars can't be choosers."

Warpath = tourette/turret. I think that was the intended pun from the cartoon writers.

Agreed, the onl one prime ever gave lip to was blaster for the music he played.

And I hated it when he did that... that's the only time I disliked Prime.

While we're asking questions...why did'nt Starscream in ghost form just possess Galvatron, take that huge orange cannon, stick it to his head, and pull the trigger? I know the answer, as does everyone else, but Transformers have intense logic issues.
