It's possible but unlikely. I bought it at a car boot for 50p with a lot of other TFs, the guy said they were his sons and had been in storage for a long time. This was in the mid/late 90s before reissues were common and I don't think Diaclone were generally released over here. If someone had gone to the trouble and cost of restoring it I doubt they'd be selling it for so little.

Diaclones were released in certain parts of Europe, most notably Italy and France, licensed of course. Think he may have been living in one of those places?

I don't know I only spoke to him for 5 minutes and he just said they were his sons and had been in storage since he was a kid. I was just wondering if anyone else has one like it.

Maybe a french version. But is it a diaclone sticker? Maybe they just applied the stickers to the figure.

SideswipeJen wrote:I can probably solve this one for you, the Classic Heroes Prowl (golden packages) that was the last of the G1 line to be released in Europe got the Diaclone-stickers for some obscure reason. Look at his stampings, it should consist of a raised, empty circle and a raised, square rectangle over a "Hasbro" copyright stamp if it's one of those.
