I want a G1 Blurr head for Cybertron Brakedown and a G1 head for ROTF Nightbeat.

I think its an alright upgrade it gives you the option of g1(kinda) or stick with the IDW style. What I does for me personally is take me back to g1 era by the time they work work out the kinks it'll be great. Just wish they would do a Haywire so u can have the choice of that g1 or IDW.

I'm not allowed to dislike something I don't think looks very good? Sorry, but I don't think it looks very good.
And while I grew up on the original cartoon, I don't subscribe to the notion that the Classics figures have to be a near-perfect representation of the original characters. I've always believed these figures to homage the characters, not replicate every minute detail.
I don't mind that people would prefer the more G1 head. I do mind that people think the rest of us should like it, too.
I think there is a reason why the line is called "Classics". Maybe youre more of a comic book reader than I am. I live by the G1 cartoon. It was the G1 cartoon that helped Transformers become the "must have" toy of the 80's...not Marvel comics. And definitally not IDW. I personally didnt even know Transformers had a comic book until about 1987. So Im gonna be all over this thing and throw the silly IDW head in my parts box.

we all do realize that we're arguing over whether the head should look more g1 or keep the idw head when THE FRIKKIN' WHOLE FIGURE LOOKS NOTHING LIKE G1 BLURR!!!!!!!!
i for one don't mind this as i think idw is the best thing to happen to blurr as well. i mean really, have you watched g1 recently? i love blurr but g1 blurr as a character is just crap. and yes i grew up on transformers in the '80's but like what they've done with the modern interpretations in the idw comics for the most part.
also the line is called "classics" yes, but how many of these figures do you see that actually are almost spot on to the original characters as opposed to modern homages on the 'classic' characters. it's called "classics" because the source of inspiration are those '80's toys...the 'classic' toys.

Not a fan, I like the classics Blurr just like he is. Not every figure needs a head upgrade..
Not a sheeple.
Think for yourself, don't let the magic TV box and social media do the thinking for you.
Question EVERYTHING!!
Just because you have a youtube review channel doesn't make you special.
I look forward to attending a Botcon soon only to settle matters with several idiots in person (yes this is a threat).

I've never read a comic book in my life, thanks. I maintain the points in my argument as to what "Classics" means to me. Having a head that is not 100% G1 style does not bother me.

These characters are based off the classic toys, cartoon, & comics so to me this head is gonna bridge that gap. I'm not lookin for a total g1 head but I was lookin for a g1 head that's updated. I don't really care for the IDW head nor Blurr's whole design from IDW hasbro just went IDW & they didn't mix in the g1 style into the whole design good enough. This head fixes that, but not just the head but the whole upgrade. I see this issue is real dividing among us transformers fans.

Ha. But seriously, we already have Blurr with a sword and a different head. It's called "Drift".
