Devastator, I guess. Let me tell ya, Devastator in the movie verse has some serious balls of steel.
Other than him, The Fallen is around 40-50 feet tall, and Optimus Prime combined with Jetfire is rather massive. I don't know how well they'd scale with the G1 gestalts
G1 would definitely win, though.

Though if Optimus did the right thing in the first movie by missing the water fountain and stepping on Sam instead, then I might've voted for the movies
