I'm not doing all of the side missions, but I've been doing all of the strangers and freaks missions as soon as they pop up before I hit the main story. I can't seem to get to the third Dom S&F mission though because I can't find a helicopter to get on top of that building he's on.

BeastProwl wrote:If thats the level I think your talking about, the only thief I remember in it resides high up on the map in an "out of bounds" area of sorts along with a dragon if I recall correctly. You need to find a way up top something tall and fly around to him. Its vague I know, but its all I got.

It's been a while since I ever just picked a game and focused on it. I'm surprised how much progress I'm making lately.
Short summary, went through the vampire's castle. Defeated a Commander vampire, then got to meet the Lord of the Vampires herself. Battle ensued that was underwhelming but had a worthwhile and epic conclusion. Got my new power-up.
The next chapter involved flaming scarecrows, a witch-woman who's presence is under-utilized in this game, and an enchanted music box. Currently in the Titan's graveyard.

I don't know about you, but I made sure to have Bloody Tears going in the background during the fight with Carmilla. And I almost never put on my own background music.

GAME.BEATEN!
Completed the main game plus the two DLC sets.
My feelings on this game are mixed. At first, I was thrown off by the severe linearity of it, especially after coming off of DarkSiders II. But this game grew on me and I really did like the story.
What sours this for me is the final DLC boss battle. Fighting against a boss who should have been simply difficult but was instead extremely frustrating due to unclear range area attacks and moves that became un-dodge-able for no reason. I honestly threw up my hands, yelled "**** this!" and turned the difficulty to easy just to get it over with. Yes, I played through the entire game on hard and it was this battle that made me give up and just not care anymore. Not a good way to end the game.
sigh....
