Did 2 Rush Times today, despite how much I hate that lagfest of a 'game mode.'

I need about 500xp more to level, so another Patrol should do it.

Why? Everyone is equipped the same, so if a rocket launcher requires no skill, imagine what someone WITH skill could do with it.

Speaking of, this reminds me of a story I may have told once:

I was at Tweezy's place, would have been months ago. We were playing Juggernaut in Halo 3, with I think six people total in a LAN match. (Everyone in the game was in the apartment) I saw someone lining up a shot with a sniper rifle, so I waited. Sure enough, she became the Juggernaut, so I whacked her in the back of the head with my assault rifle, and became the Juggernaut.

Tweezy called me a "camping bastard," but he still thought it was awesome.

I'm going to tell that to my grandchildren one day. "Did your old grandpa tell you about the time he pulled some epic pwnage in a Juggernaut match?"

The fact that it requires no skill makes it too easy. I prefer the satisfaction of a nice shotgun to the face than a sniper rifle from across the map.

Meh. They'll know it anyway. "[Player] was killed by [Other Player]," etc. Raping fools from across the map always satisfies, but boomstick headshots are win, too. The best is F.E.A.R. Combat, shotgun headshots and roundhouse kicks FTW.

The Legend of Zelda: OoT:
Went to the top of Death Mountain. A great place for kids! Fun for the whole family. Found a use for the bigass shield: hiding under it and not getting molested by volcano-boulders.

Found the creepy-looking fairy, learned a sword-charge attack thing. Don't really understand it. Move the stick and press B when not fully charged, or something? Meh.

On my way back to the Forest to tell Saria... something.

Resident Evil 4 [PC]:
Jesus, the writing/dialogue/voice acting of dialogue in this game is balls-awful.

Met Ada in an overly-clichéd cutscene. Found Ashley. It seems that she can take care of herself. So why do I have to spend most of the game babysitting her??

A few comments: WTF Nancy Drew?? The kid's skirt is way too short, Japan. The annoying little bitch deserves it.

I have to disagree. I love a good headshot with the sniper rifle.

And believe me, Rocket launchers require skill. They're slower than typical ammo, so they're fairly easy to side-step, and they have a longer reload time, and ammo is usually scarce. If you're going up someone with an assault rifle, or plasma rifle, or, god forbid, a needler, you're boned if you can't get the first shot to work.

More so, in Halo 2 and 3, it has the ability to lock onto vehicles, meaning you could take out a Banshee pilot quickly.

Hm. I guess we were both thinking the same thing: why the smeg would you send a little kid to the top of an active volcano called 'Death Mountain'??

Oh, I know you weren't. Somehow, many of my ideas are used by people I have never met before, or in things I've never seen or heard of. A piece of dialogue I had thought up was in Spaceballs: The Animated Series, while another idea was in a Tim Curry movie I never saw. And it happens was too frequently.

I think I might be an unwitting muse.

Woah, a Spaceballs cartoon? Sweet, I'll have to look that one up.

Drift City [PC]:
About 30% through Level 61. Reached the game's Area 51 equivalent, found some more information about the ZOMG GVMNT CNSPIRCY LOLOL. (:|

Final Fantasy 1: Dawn of Souls [GBA]:
Whacked the Vampire, spoke to the Wise Man, got the staff, opened the staircase behind the Vampire's room. Fought my first Ogre Mages and Sphinx.

Currently exploring Basement 4. My party members all reached Level 31.

Advance Wars [GBA]:
Did some more Field Training. Learned about choppers and plane's fuel cost and stuff.

It's good. Not perfect, but it's good.

Legend of Zelda: Minish Cap:
Did some side-quests. I got remote bombs (Where I can set down a bomb, and then detonate it whenever I want), all four bottles, and a few new tricks with my sword, including the Great Spin Attack, where I can do repeated spin attacks, while moving. Mowing the lawn has never been more lethal.

Now I'm at the Final Boss. Vaati is made of bitchtanium.

You should probably hold off on that for a while. Level 33 is pretty high for that point of the game (I've seen the suggested level of Lich be around 20), but the Soul of Chaos dungeons are supposed to be pretty tough.

Hmm. If I'm not supposed to go to the Earthgift Shrine now, where am I supposed to go? (I'm not trying to sound like a jerk, I'm just confused is all.)

The next dungeon out if I remember, is the Gurgu Volcano, or whatever the kids are calling it these days. Earthgift is an optional dungeon, you never really have to do it.

You have to hit up Crescent Lake, if I remember right. Here's a map. You can also do the side-quest to upgrade all of your characters, giving mages access to their highest level spells, and giving non-mages more weapon and armor options. That'd be in Citadel of Trials, if I remember.

Half-Life 2:
Watch as a bearded nerd slaughters an alien race, and frees humanity. WHO'S LAUGHING NOW, JOCKS?!

Running through the sewers. Flying robots with razor-blades are chasing me. Not looking forward to fighting Headcrabs, though...I hate Ravenholm...

Cool, thanks for the information! I'll check out the Citadel.

In HL2, watch out for the Manhacks. Those flying razor robots are a pain. Cap them with the pistol from a distance, but if they get too close, whack them with the crowbar. They go spinning out of control and it's fun.

Ravenholm FTW. Sooo good. The Ravenholm level is better than Resident Evil 4.
