I've been hunting the last few weeks, I found WFC Bumblebee and Prime pretty fast but had the same trouble with Thrust and Drift. I can't remember if it was this thread or not but I saw a guy had luck at Kohl's. So after work today I go to Kohl's and whadaya know, pegs and pegs of WFC Bumblebee, WFC Optimus Prime, Drift, and Thrust. As an added bonus, right now their toys are buy one get one 50% off!

Show-off, my local Kohl's has a ton of the HFTD Dlx figs, but not a single Generations. I bought my Thrust from a local-only toy store called Hero's Headquarters for $15.

(little pricey, but he threw in a copy of Zombies vs. Cheerleaders)

I checked out my local Kohl's, but all they had were HFTD figures, and a few REALLY old ROTF Robot Heroes.

I found BumbleBee a few weeks back. After several more weeks of searching I and a trip 500 miles home I FINALLY found the rest of the wave (unless Darkmount is in this wave). I'm disappointed with the WFC toys but LOOVE the Generations Drift and Trust. Also picked up ROTF Hubcab. Like him too - good homage to G2 Volt.

I went to Toys R Us 2 weeks ago just to stop by on the way back home from the mall and to my surprise I saw 2 Arcees, picked one up finally and on my way out I saw Thrust staring back at me. Ran over to him and behind him was Drift, underneath them were Prime and Bumblee...yeah I pretty much flipped out. Now all I ever see is a bunch of Thrusts and Bees. Sometimes I see Prime, but I have yet to find another Drift.

I finally found Drift and Hubcap! Target had reset like a week ago, but all they had were Optimus Primes and Bumblebees, and NO HFTD scouts, so I despaired of ever getting them. But I checked back and they were there! Also I finally saw Brimstone and his glittery green paint in person and because I am a total magpie got him, too.

Same problem in Chattanooga. I've seen a couple Bumblebees and one Optimus Prime. No Drift or Thrust.

Finally able to grab a Drift. I've only seen two so far. No Thrust still.

I've seen them both at the Monroeville TRU and the Harmar target. Just gotta look around and be patient.

I wonder if the Prime & BB only cases were an experiment to see how well WFC fgs would shift?

They don't seem to have been particularly widespread, just limited to TRU...

Wave1 is starting to filter out here in the UK now, but condsidering we have only just got Wave 8 Deluxes from ROTF, it's very hit and miss.
