But most of all, I'd like to see a classic-style Arcee. With the exception of Animated, she got turned into a motorcycle thanks to her first official mold being from Energon. Chromia or Firestar would be nice, too.
If you ask me, I think Generations Soundwave took a little too much inspiration from Chromia:

Brawn
Gears
Huffer
Trailbreaker
Buzzsaw
and Laserbeak have not been released in Scout-class or larger. Thundercracker is iffy due to being Henkai, but has had a release. And Soundwave has his WfC figure with unofficial 'boombox' mode.
So those five, for me, are needed. In scout or larger because I don't buy Legends.

My wishlist as Basic cars:
Stunticons
Spychangers
Streetwise
G1 Nightbeat
Siren
HotRod
Blurr
Skram
Rollbar
Energon Prowl
Armada Sideswipe
I'd even settle for repaints.
I'd love Dragstrip from Robotmasters Mirage.
Leaving the Cars aside, I'd like the following:
Cybertronian Hardhead
Deluxe versions of the Machine Wars jets and tow trucks. Lots of repaint potential.
RID Prime as Nememsis Prime
RID Ultra Magnus as Motormaster
AND they combine to from RID Menasor.

I'd be happy with a slight remold of Kup for Trailbreaker and Hoist, a remold of Ironhide/Ratchet as Skids (with the head problem taken care of obviously), a repaint of Energon Omega Supreme in his G1 colours, and a remold of FP Defender as Sandstorm. Oh, and a repaint of Jazz as Stepper.
I'm not really too worried about the Dinobots because I accept that most of the animal based G1 Transformers are never going to get updates, so I'm quite happy having them all G1. I'm also quite happy with Real Gear Booster X10 as Laserbeak (and my custom repaint of him for Buzzsaw).
What I really want though is a Generations Blitzwing!!!!!
Give me all that and I'd give up buying Transformers because I'd have everything I want. (Don't tell Hasbro I said that.................)

The one toy I really don't know what to think about is Blaster. We got the repaint Universe blaster, but thats a far cry from great G1 standin. Takara gave us the "Label" series soundwave and blaster, but that blaster is somewhat weak and bloated to integrate his USB gimick. Even said its not a bad version of it, but not ideal.
With the Perfect Effect Eject/Rewind coming soon, and my soundwave cassette teams in decent order, I am becoming impatient. I don't want to pull the trigger on the best case, but still lack luster device label Blaster.... but I also don't want to miss the boat. I can get a decent deal on him @ like 60$. I would sell my G1 blaster to lessen the blow, but if they pop out a great deluxe version in the next year I will be a sad panda.
Blaster doesn't fit into their recent trend of vehicle alt modes though. Yes soundwave had a truck alt mode for generations (which i didn't like) but that was a direct feed from the WFC game. Without that, would soundwave have been that alt mode? He was in Animated as well. Generations toys don't fit into a cartoon series, so thats a decent indicator that they are a little more ambitious, but with soundwave taking the top slot for "cool sound manipulating character" the need for 2 of those characters, even to rival each other, is minimal

Arcee (futuristic car)
Thundercracker (retail release - finish the seekers!)
Triplechangers Springer and Blitzwing
Powermaster Optimus Prime (combining trailer)
Ultra Magnus (combining trailer)
Trailbreaker
Shockwave
Devastator/Constructicons (proper, three-mode combiners)
G1 Blurr

Finish the Minibots in Scout class, even Wheelie, and especially Brawn.
For Beast Wars: Tigatron (NEW, not a repaint of Cheetor)

For my part, I'd add:
Classics style Brawn, but Deluxe sized!
Roadbuster Voyager-sized
Topspin
Twin-Twist
A Soundwave where the Ravage that came with Hound can fit into the chest!
...And more Casettes, Laserbeak, Buzzaw!
Sharkticon
Gestalts...really well done Gestalts...all of them!
WFC Sideswipe
WFC Seekers
WFC Brawl
WFC Shockwave
New Voyager-sized WFC Optimus and Megatron
Lastly, I would really want to have Voyager sized Seekers: Starscream, Skywarp, Thundercracker, Dirge, Ramjet, Thrust! (If the idea of Voyager sized seekers offends anyone...blow it out your exaust!

For Defensor they'd need to make a new deluxe mold for Hot Spot, they could re-use the Vortex mold for Blades, re-use the generic car for Streetwise then a couple of new scouts for Groove and First Aid. Maybe this time round they could include proper hands and feet, and some acessories such as a sword for Menasor.
Two new combiners for the price of one. Simples!

Impactor (Voyager)
Elita-1 (Voyager, Armored Truck)
X-brawn (Deluxe, remold of Ironhide)
RiD Build team (Wedge is a deluxe and the others are voyagers)
Chromia (Deluxe)
Firestar (As Firetrap, Deluxe)
Moonracer (As Sunspot, Deluxe)
Fisitron (Deluxe)
Rotorstorm/Whirl (Ultra)
Topspin/Twin Twist (Voyager 2pk like Frenzy/Rumble)
Huffer/Pipes (Deluxe, something similar to a Mercedes-Benz Actros)
Rail Racer (3x Leader, based on switchers instead of shinkansen)
Team Athenia from Animated (Two Deluxes and a Scout)
Pyro (Ultra, repaint Hot Spot)
I'll make a list of Beast Era and Unicron Trilogy Characters later.
Those hands, I can't forget those silly, delicate hands. Always spinning and dancing and cutting away, spinning and dancing and crushing away, twirling and whirling and warping around and away. No escape, no escape. Every time I close my eyes they come back. Any serenity I gain is lost by their image. No escape, no escape, nothing can get me away from those dancing, enthusiastic, delicate hands and their diamond fingers.......

-A rerelease of Classics Ultra Magnus, maybe with some colour changes, with a G1-accurate trailer, able to carry a couple vehicle mode transformers, that turns into a suit of armour
-An extensive remould of said UM armour that makes the trailer mode look like a normal trailer. This would be for Optimus Prime, who would be released with his armour/trailer with a more Henkei-like deco.
-A Roller figure, preferably Scout class
-Rereleases of Ratchet and Skywarp
-Thundercracker
-Deluxe Blitzwing
-Deluxe or Voyager Springer (make him a triple changer this time, instead of just a car or helicopter!)
-Deluxe RID Scourge from Generations G2 Prime
-Voyager Shockwave (would be a triple changer, with a hovertank mode and a gun turret mode)
-Generations Jazz repainted as Ricochet, with a repaint of the Targetmaster from Universe Cyclonus if possible
-A Voyager or Ultra class Megatron figure, which would have his G1 colour scheme and would look similar to his WFC design in both modes, but with nods to other version of Megatron, like maybe a sword for his robot mode
-Deluxe Beast Machines Jetstorm, with both a "hover" robot mode and one with legs
-Deluxe Beast Machines Thrust, with a wheeled robot mode and one with legs
-Voyager Beast Machines Tankor
-Deluxe Beast Machines Strika
-Deluxe Beast Machines Obsidian, with a robot mode with legs

+1 on that.

I think that a (very) extensive retool of Classics Rodimus could make a great Chromedome, since they have a similar transformation scheme. Of course, Hasbro would probably rather just make a new mould, since to make his vehicle mode G1 accurate, they'd have to retool almost every part of him that shows in vehicle mode, as well as the head (which would probably just be a normal head rather than a Headmaster; I'd be just fine with that, so I wouldn't be able to lose his head).
