With the push for smaller scale figures, I'd like to see all the G1 minibots done up in Scout class.

Laser Optimus Prime has been reissued in 2006 by Takara, as TRF-13-S Battle Convoy. He is different from the original on these points:

- Shoulder decals have a :G2BOT:

symbol
- The doors also have :G2BOT:

now, instead of "Optimus Prime"
- The trailer, as well as his mid-section, has been chromed

The downside is that the reissue uses the RiD version of the mold (RiD Scourge), so the sword is blunted and the disks are blank.

I was thinking about it the other day, and I was thinking it'd be pretty cool to get a Generations/Classics version of (the currently poorly designed) Barricade, and a Voyager Blackout.

But... blackout and barricade are both movie characters, unless you mean like RTS lugnut-styled? That would be quite epic for blackout.

That's exactly what we mean. Lugnut appeared in the Battle In Space comic verifying him as a Classics capable figure. I think it'd be nice to make Barricade worth all the crappy releases. Plus, the Decepticon Classics could use more Voyagers (More than the three we have).

If it were by me, all G1 characters would get a toy in classics style, including japanese characters.

So I guess the wildest I can get with that premise are Classics versions of BM Jetstorm and Thrust, BW Terrorsaur and more G2 homages. But to be honest, any character from any line are very welcome.

A classics take on Animated Blitzwing would have been nice to see, but that'll never happen more than likely. Poor Lugnut ends up stuck without his pal.

Does anyone remember seeing Lugnut's Alternate head mold in the instructions. There was (negative) speculation that it could be Shockwave. Well, at first I had obviously hoped for a new mold for the famous Shockwave, but I was playing with the Lugnut mold and I found a decent gun mode. I'll try to post a pic later.

Anything that isn't a G1 rehash. It's called "Generations," and yet it's ignoring every generation but G1. There's a lot of ground to cover between G1 and Prime. A few suggestions to start with:

G2: Jhiaxus (please use G2 Decepticon symbol)

Beast Wars: Waspinator, Tarantulas, Optimus Primal, Megatron, Rampage, Rhinox, Rattrap, Airrazor

Beast Machines: Jetstorm, Botanica, vehicon "mole" drone, Optimal Megatron

RiD: Side Burn, X-Brawn, Sky-Byte, a Deluxe-sized (and articulated) version of any of the Spychangers, Mega-Octane, Scourge (easy redeco of RTS deluxe Prime, why not do it?)

Armada: Thrust, Sideways, Scavenger, Tidal Wave (not that Deluxe is a good zize for him, but its all Generations has.)

Energon: Scorponok

Cybertron: Scattorshot, Override, Evac, Crumplezone, Scourge, Vector Prime

Movie: Frenzy (good luck!)

Animated: Dirt Boss, Scavenger, Mix Master, Ramjet, Slipstream, Hot Shot, Brawn, Red Alert, Cybertron Mode Prowl, ANY ANIMATED FIGURES AT ALL.

Also, if you must have a deluge of retro-g1 stuff continue, a Spinister would be nice. Also, anything that's outside of the normal, like figures based on the "Hearts of Steel" or GI Joe crossover comics.

Rhinox with repaint repaint/remold as Slag.
Terrorsaur with repaint(/remold?) as Swoop.
G1 repaint of Breakdown (the Sunstreaker mold)
Perhaps a Dead End repaint of the Tracks mold?
Aaaaaaaaand... ROTF Lockdown repainted as Wildrider? (Or just import the Takara one.)

I´ve been thinking... new issues for the old G1 Marvel comic book are really happening, right? Well, it would be nice if Generations or what ever is next focuses on those characters, like the Headmasters, Pretenders, Targetmasters, Power Masters, Dinobots, Blaster, why not the Triggercons, Duocons, Action Masters, Battlechargers, etc.
