Getting Verizon Fios in 2 weeks...
Is it any good? I have heard really good things about it. I used to have Comcast, but it was crap. My TV would go black a lot, my computer was really slow, and the phone...would get disconnected a lot. How does Fios stack up to Comcast?

My landlord has it, I'll have it to once I splice a line(she's cool with it).
She sayes picture quality it's only so-so, but you get alot more channels.
I however think her picture is so-so because she has an older tv, not a HDTV. Most channels are broadcast in HD.
I don't know if that matters though, guess I'll find out when I hook it up to my HDTV

I have AT&T Uverse which I think is basically the same concept IPTV. It's great, hell of alot better than comcrap. No real issues with this service.

Let me know how that works; it's not available in my area (yet), I'm curious to know how that works.
It would be considerably cheaper than Cox's bundled service.
