Goku isn't Asian, he's sayian and that would be another race, although one with similar looks to human beings, minus superman-like abilities and a monkey tail, plus becoming king kong sized apes with red eyes.
As for this battle, Goku's too nice of a guy to have the desire of having sex ona daily basis, Quagmire on the other hand, has more desire than Brangelina want to have more kids. So, Quagmire.

Simply because when Quagmire nuts, it won't be blown through the top of the girls skull (and after Goku finished and this was the outcome, Quagmire would swoop in anyways and ravage the corpse!)
