I agree. Though these a some hardcore sith, it lacks great ones like Freedon Nadd, Naga Sadow, even Darth Maul (my personal favorite)

sidious, no question. out of all the sith and their attempts to take over the galaxy sidious is the only one who succeeded. after thousands of years he was the guy with the power and intellect to decimate the jedi and actually rule everything. hes been described as a black hole in the force hes so powerful, and in dark empire he could destroy an armada with his force storm.

plus, for all his power he did seek an apprentice that was stronger than him. he followed the rule of two, he kept himself and the order hidden until the time was right. he was also the only sith with enough self control to actually strike from the shadows and remain there, rather than hiding to build their power and then mounting a huge assault. he also spend alot of time with the jedi, he had the restraint to sit there and have a pleasent conversation with the people it was his lifes purpose to destroy. not only didnt he tip his hand, but he managed to keep himself undetected, even when yoda was only a few feet away.

and even though it may have cost him his like in the end. he sought out someone who would be an even better sith than he was (anakin).

i used to argue that hed win through strategy than power, like if einstein and don king were to have a chess match whod win? einstein would no doubt win the match, but don king would own the arena, the chess board, and hed make millions off of selling the match on pay per view. so einstein wins a small victory but don king ends up comming out much better off.

but i dont have to worry anymore, sidious was recently officially confirmed as the most powerful sith lord the universe has ever known.

Yeah I heard that Sidious was officially number 1 in the world of sith. Funny thought, Sidious at the moment has 66 percent of the votes. This'll probably change though...
