I've dealt with him/them twice and both times it was flawless.

Added goodness is that I live in the Netherlands, so I can say that the shipping is handled very well. I'd deem ToyArena trustworthy.

I purchased tons of stuff from Toy Arena. He is great to deal with and he ships lighting quick! I almost only use Toy Arena for my Transformers!

I've ordered a few figures from them aswell as bought in person from there Frank and Sons location in So Cal. Never had a problem with them. Fairly well priced on stuff to.

A friend and I just ordered from them last week and got our stuff yesterday and everything was perfect! And getting ready to order some G1 re-issues from them as well. Toyarena is great and not badly priced.
