Hasbro’s new KRE-O TRANSFORMERS construction sets are now available for pre-sell beginning today. From favorite characters and high quality materials to unique accessories and collectible Kreon figures, the KRE-O collection will excite builders of all ages. At launch the KRE-O brand will offer twelve building sets featuring popular TRANSFORMERS characters including OPTIMUS PRIME, BUMBLEBEE, MEGATRON, STARSCREAM, MIRAGE, SENTINEL PRIME, PROWL, SIDESWIPE, AUTOBOT JAZZ and AUTOBOT RATCHET. ugh. look, i'm sorry but, Unless these actually transform, (they don't)then I just can't get behind these.
If they had more of a transformable bionicle feel.....
Maybe, I mean I made a brimestone (Blue motorcycle) Bionicle, trike style, and it transforms into a bike, no disassembly required, same goes for my silverbolt, who is much bigger, but far less impressive for some reason...

that's me, i make my spare bionicle (LOVED THEM since I was a little kid, and still do) parts into cybertronian transformers for a living. might post them sometime on the transtopia boards.

It was only yesterday that we received word from Hasbro that the new Transformers Kre-O sets were available for pre-sale, and today the sets have already been sighted at retail! Allspark member TSM-in-NY found the larger Optimus Prime set at a Toys'R'Us in Brooklyn. HISS Tank member sharky found the same set also at a Toys'R'Us in Atlanta. If you've been looking forward to these sets, or just lusting after the Kreon mini-figures it might be worth your time to check out your local Toys'R'Us.

Ever since I saw the first Toy Story I was wishing they would include Transformers in the future movies, but alas they didn't

Probably wont buy any cause it's freaking expensive. I heard the biggest Kre-O costs 60 dollars...That's 17 dollars more than a frickin leader class~!

what i find funny is that hasbro said something about parents complaining about kids having difficulty transforming rotf figures. yet they release 100-300+ piece lego sets for them to put together and take apart to make the vehicle.

this wont end well and you can quote me on that.
