I do not envy who ever has to couunt these. o-o;

I'm with the two early posters who say Beast Wars! Lol.

Though I figured Shockwave would be very popular because of the movie and being, overall, a well-liked (and used) character.

1. Tarantulas (has to be my favourite ever - apparently I subconsciously designed an OC around him, from what I remembered as a kid. pretty creepy, yet awesome)
2. Waspinator (whyyy universe hate waspinatooor? lol)
3. Hound (ohey, getting away from BW now)
4. Lugnut (aww shucks, I love the guy, and with keeping my eye out for when he finially hits shelves here, he's on my mind a lot, though I probably like most TFA characters equally)
5. Shockwave (well, no others are sticking out right now- BUT WAIT OH WHY DIDNT I THINK OF THIS BEFORE !)
5. Brawl <3 With him in WfC (also I'm surprised I haven't heard more votes for Warpath) and just. agh. So unlikely he'll win, but I gotta vote for him.

Also, we sorta need a DCon to keep the HoF ranks even!

Not to sound anti-G1, it's classic and all, but I'd MUCH rather have the hall of fame celebrate characters from all generations, not just the first. I know, I know, they include all iterations of the character, but one of the strengths of the franchise is that it continually grows and evolves.

I'll have to disagree with you on Doctor Scalpel. He was a one time character and never got another gig in this business. He is not yet worthy of a Hall of Fame.

Blacknarchnia and Beast Megatrons are OK choices, if they would like to join Dinobot.

Animated Lugnut too has not gotten enough gigs in the business to start in the hall of fame, just in Animated and RTS toys. Before you say "Cybertron", that character was Lugnutz, not Lugnut, although similarity in name, as the wiki states, there are no other similarites within the two.

Wow. The only ones that didn't get votes for the hall of fame were Bumblebee and Dinobot. For those not in the know, they are already in. They don't need your votes.

I have been visiting this sight for a long time now and I have finally succumbed to being a member of the Energon Pub. This thread is ultimately important. Here are my picks with a little reasoning.

1. Kup. I think we have all heard of Kup's stories and how he is already a legend. Who else can control Grimlock's A.D.D. with a simple sentence? Prime can't even do that. In most of the different story lines he is already considered to be in the hall of fame by his fellow Autobots.

2. Jazz. Jazz is ultimately one of the best developed Autobots out there. He is a model leader and is one of the few to truly appreciate the culture of Earth and reflect the influence of both humans on autobots and vice versa. He took on several challenges and is a poster boy for the passion fueling the Autobot fight.

3. Hot Rod (yes, I said Hot Rod, not Rodimus). Not only is he my absolute favorite Transformer, he gets things done. A lot of people are turned off by Hot Rod's gambles, but I believe goals worth achieving often require risk. It's the people with guts that are the most dependable. Plus I tend to live the same maverick lifestyle. Hot Rod has a list of accomplishments as big as any other Transformer already in the hall of fame, just saying.

4. Wheeljack. When overcome with adversity, Wheeljack pulled the Autobots out. WIthout Wheeljack, there would be no Dinobots. This guy had an invention or creation to battle any Decepticon threat. If Ratchet is being nominated, why not Wheeljack?

5. I'm an Autobot at heart, but since he is already a candidate, I'll simply nod my head to the nomination of Soundwave.

There's my list. Oh and I am definitely glad to finally join the Pub. You'll be seeing more of me.
