I doubt that Hasbro would send out replacement parts, they never do. At best you'll have to return the set for a refund, at worst we'll have to get credit card companies involved.

It's just a reminder email, telling you to go to your pulse order and make sure the address there is the one you want it shipped to. It doesn't even link to your order. If you go manually check your order, you aren't missing anything by not having the email.

There's always Carbombya, or some other forum elsewhere for fans who got two of the same flap to arrange trades.
Granted, disassmbly will make this a little harder than when some Club members got two of tha same gun with SG Drift.
Or if Hasbro doesn't have the resources to mail out replacements, maybe they'd be cool with some 3P upgrade manufacturer making replacements to go along with gap filler pieces? It'd be a bit of a stretch for such limited run toys, but three MP TFs that I recall hearing a lot of complaints about (Ultra Magnus, Arcee, and BW Megs) got improved KOs made of them recently, so it seems possible, depending on how widespread the problem is. Sometimes quietly letting a third party of knock off manufacturer do their thing saves face compared to publicly acknowledging a QC issue or unpopular decision on an official toy.

That email from today is basically the same as last week correct? I'm guessing we will get one next week as well. They really want to be sure they ship these to the right address.
