Figures... since he's always after anything that's popular makes "green".

You are defintiely right -- I remember this too. As far as i remember, the figure wasn't made. The character was in one of the comics, but I don't think he had a different name. I think it was Ramulus, just in Transmetal Green instead of the original colors...
