Looks like McFarlane's Spawn's eyes... with 0's and 1's.... Digi-Spawn? Spawnformer?
Figures... since he's always after anything that's popular makes "green".
Since I used to be into Spawn at one point in my "toy collecting life" that's what I see... but I may be totally off.

You are defintiely right -- I remember this too. As far as i remember, the figure wasn't made. The character was in one of the comics, but I don't think he had a different name. I think it was Ramulus, just in Transmetal Green instead of the original colors...
