As I'm sure all of you know, Rollbar is not in Transformers 3...yet. TommyBuilt has received a request from Dreamworks and Paramount to submit the specs and pictures of the vehicle. It's possible with enough fan support, Rollbar can make it into the movie. Thus, as asked by several fans, I have created a petition to send to Dreamworks/Paramount. So if you want Rollbar in the movie, please sign the petition. Or if you just want to support a fellow Transformers fan in their endeavor to get their work shown in Transformers 3, I urge you to sign it.

If Rollbar is not in the script he won't appear in the movie. No matter how many fans like him. You don't expect Ehren Kruger to change the whole script just for the jeep to appear.
If they add him to the script all the fans will be unhappy because he'll have too small screen time. So better keep him off if he was not supposed to be in the movie.

It's already been debunked and then confirmed by one of Bay's Muckity Mucks that Rollbar was never meant to be in this movie. He won't be in this movie. The Jeep was made (iirc...) from a promotional standpoint.

The Jeep was a visual item, not a film or script item.

Granted, it probably shouldn't have had an Autobot symbol slapped on it, but that's all it is. Plus online petitions rarely, and usually never, work.

I'm sorry to burst your bubble, but you're wasting your time. Big time.

Thank you Tristar. I've been lurking here for years and this is the first time I felt the need to make a post. And for those who say I'm wasting my time, well it is my time isn't it? I'll be the judge of it has been wasted or not. Even if it doesn't help get my friend's vehicle into the movie, I find it a worthwhile try. I mean it only took a couple of minutes to prepare the petition, it's up to the fans to do the rest. It's not like I'm going door to door campaigning "ROLLBAR FOR PRESIDENT!" or anything. And as I've said, Paramount and Dreamworks have contacted him wanting more information, specifications and pictures of the vehicle. So they're obviously interested to some degree. Never say never. Even if it misses the cut, they still may use it in the toy line. Which I think would be pretty awesome.

Hell, I signed it. It's an interesting looking vehicle.

Besides, it's not like you're gonna get a colonic irrigation from signing it.

Well, Jolt wasnt in ROTF's script. they had to go back and edit that one line when Ratchet meantioned his name.

Well, Jolt wasnt in ROTF's script. they had to go back and edit that one line when Ratchet meantioned his name.

Your right, Jolt wasn't in the orignal script and was added later. But lets be honest, was it really worth it? I'd have to agree with others, that if Rolebar is added at this point in the film, he'd get as much screen time as Jolt did in ROTF. I could see all the bitch and complaining from the fans if that happened.

Your right. Never say never. At this point, nothing is set in stone. I guess if it were my vehicle i'd be happy to see it on the big screen. even if it was only for a minute or so. Personally, (and no offense to you or your friend), but i'd rather see the time and effort put into the robots that are already written into the script. Don't get me wrong, the Jeep is pretty sic. But at this point, if it were to make it in the movie, the screen time it would get wouldn't do it justice.
i will sign it in hopes that maybe a toy will come from it.
