Help Me Identify This Transformer

Can someone please help me find out what transformer model this is. Ive been looking all day and havent been able to find any info on it:

Unfortunately i dont have any of those accessories. If i did i would probably be keeping it myself lol. I think i got it years ago from someone else so it wasnt me that lost all the add ons. Im much more careful with my collectables.
