help with abbreviations?

Weapon: Double-Barreled Assault Missile Launcher
can anyone help? I have been collecting the voyager series, but since this line is not very active at the moment i was thinking about picking up another line. i went searching at various online store and i am super lost as to what everthing is! There is PE-01, DA-01, C-05, CA-03, CV-15, DD-01, etc....What the hell does all this mean? is there a place that lists what the abbreviations stand for and which universe they pertain to? Understand basics like DOTM and RoTF and MP, but that's about it. :-?

Motto: "Doing things my own way and never giving up!"
PE is Perfect Effect, 3rd party company

FP is Fansproject, 3rd party comany

DA is DotM from Takara, Autobots

DD is DotM from Takara, Decepticons

C- is cybertron, the japanese name for an Autobot, and is used for all lines, Beast Wars, Armada, Henkei(classics) etc.

D- is destron, japanese name for decepticon and is used for all lines, Beast Wars, Armada, Henkei(classics) etc.

CA is Causality, Fansproject's own Classics type universe

UN is united, the Japan version of Generations/RTS

Hope that helps.
