i just received my henkei starscream in the mail brand new in box, but when i opened him up and transformed him i noticed that his right knee could only bend forward. i took a closer look and it turns out that he has two left thighs so when you put the right leg on the ball joint his leg bends forwards instead of back, but the left leg is perfectly fine. has this happened to anyone else? :-(

Sorry to hear about your QC troubles, It happens to everyone eventually. I could be a misassembly or even a missing paint apps.

Where did you get the figure from? Perhaps they will allow for an exchange. You may have to pay a few bucks shipping, But the odds of getting another Starscream with QC issues are low.

When I first ordered my Shadow Commander set from TFsource a few months ago It was missing the Crotch armor for Nemesis Prime. I sent a quick email to their customer support explaining the situation and a few days later Shadow Commanders replacement crotch arrived.
