I paid about £80 [$120} for mine. It's currently on ebay.

Personal preference. If you like it then you decide what you're willing to pay. My entire collection is going on ebay this week, it's not because I don't like him.

Henkei Strafe was one of those figs that despite being an exclusive, just didn't sell through. I prefer him to the RTS one, he's more in keeping with the rest of the Classics as a deluxe. I paid about £65 for mine, so for that money he's a bargain.

I bought one at that price or so a few months ago. Is he worth it? I dunno...it's a repaint of Cyclonus so there's not really much surprise there. Do you like the way it looks and want the character for your collection bad enough to pay $41? If so, then yes. If they have a good amount left, you might be able to hold off for a 15% off sale, but if there aren't many left, that's still a helluva price for something many paid a whole lot more for.
