Easiest method I've heard is to apply a small amount of clear laquer paint evenly to the knobs, let it harden, and repeat until a snug fit is achieved.
Of course never attenpt to fit the gun into the hole until it's completely dry, otherwise it'll harden and never come out.

Probably, but the easiest, fastest and safest way is to take a sheet of paper and rip off a small piece and place that over the hole and stick the blaster in.
If you do it right you won't even see the paper.

I prefer the clear nail polish myself. For those figures you're going to want to apply it to the holes in the shoulders and not the pegs. Usually with those figures the pegs fit fine in the wings but not in the shoulders, so you don't want the pegs to be too big for the wings.

alright! thats why i did not fix skywarp yet cus it would compromise the jet mode. i will do this, but does the nail polish have acetone in it? will it harm the plastic at all?

Nail polish remover has acetone in it. I've used it on dozens of figures and have never had a problem. The kind that I've been using is made by Sally Hansen, and says Teflon Tuff. I have no idea where it came from. I stole it from my wife about three years ago.

He's lying...he's not married.
I kid, I kid!! I can't hate on the guy that "made me" get the Fans Proj Cliffjumper kit.
But me, when something like what you asked happened, I do the same thing as Mkall says, but I use TP instead. It's all the same fix really.

I have to side with Geekee1 and I have to admit this works well and not had any issue with finger nail polish and the affects on the plastics for the Transformers i've used it on..
