274 transformers baby! takes up 50% of my bed room. transformers are every where. i take some off the shelves and look at them and dont put them back right away.

I have a similar setup...well, it's split. I have one bookcase in the living room with RiD through Classics/Universe & Animated (minus Armada), two shelves for Alternators & MPs, and another bookcase in the bedroom with all my G1 Reissues and Movie figs, plus any random ones that don't fit somewhere else. I keep any new purchases on my nightstand so I can transform them at my leisure. Then when the shiny new TF smell wears off, they go on the shelf where they belong. :mrgreen:

Except MP Prime & Megatron, they face off on top of my entertainment center. And God Ginrai, G1 Jetfire, and RiD Omega Prime. They're just too big to fit with their respective series, so they sit on top of the living room bookcase as focal points of my collection.

It's been a long time since I took count. I have to be somewhere in the 400-500 range at this point. Most likely a bit closer to the latter.

My current count is 595. I surprised myself. That isn't counting any vinly, pvc, robot heroes, myclones or mini-cons necessary to complete a robot. For example, Energon Ultra Magnus or Omega Sentinel who require their mini-cons as heads. Hmm, the number keeps growing because I keep recounting and adding up gun robots and separate mini-cons. Should Takara Kicker be counted?

Haven't got my spreadsheet on me, but all told it's about 570-something. but that is including Robot Heroes, Robot Replicas, and about 13KOs. Per the Universal Counting Method found on one of these boards, I have about 470. I'm actively looking to unload about 30 of them, tho.

This post is interactive! In other words, I'll let you do the math.

I've got a near-complete collections of every major line from G1 through Animated, excluding G2 and both movies, for which I only own about 6 or 7 total--just not into them. Some lines, like Beast Machines and Animated are only minus some repaints or 3 or 4 figures at most. The other lines (G1, BW, RID, AEC Continuity, Classics) are probably only missing 20-30 figures combined. Oh, and a complete Alternators line, including Hot Rod and Nemesis Prime. Throw in a dozen or so Universe figures I liked, 8 or 9 Botcon figures and a tub of minicons, and, well....there you go.

I have no idea, but I should count sometime...

Counting Mini-con teams as sole entities, around 150 in 23 months of collecting.

If I lived in Canada/USA though, I think I'd be at the 300-400 mark easily. I really have overpaid for a lot of the stuff I own. :MAD:

Slowly inching towards 100.. Lost my entire collection in a fire a few years ago so i've been trying to get back to my old status.. I did count my customs/repaints and it's at 25..10 unfinished :-B

As I suspected... My 'collection' is PITIFUL!!!

Spreadsheets? Display areas? Wow, my anti-OCD can't keep up. I just have them lying around the house in various areas, and I'll pick one up, play with him, go somewhere, put him down, etc. I have MAYBE, MAYBE 50.

On the other hand, I now have someone(s) to point at when someone calls me a 'geek who should have outgrown this stuff years ago' and say--hey, they're *worse*!

HK, really, though, it'd just be a pitiful hide for my raging jealousy.

Below 50 including the pre-orders that I've made.. I think its really nothing compared to you guys but I think for myself I have a little too many Transformers.. I was hooked by the ROTF craze.. slowing down a lot now.

My last count was around 750, but that was back during Beast Wars. I'm confident that it's over a 1000, probably around 1200.

Since 2007, when I got back into collecting, I have accumulated a total of 158 Hasbro/Takara Tf's (no KO's counted, deluxe size or bigger).

Collected lines include: G1, Masterpiece, Classic, Movie, Universe, ROTF, Binaltech, Alternators, Animated, Titanium, and 1 Supreme Starscream from Cybertron.

I am pretty strict with my collecting habits. I have my criteria for purchases, and am pretty good about sticking to them. While my collection doesn't have nearly as many pieces as some on here, I love what I have.

I don't count them, but I'm pushing 1,000 after trimming down about 1/2 of my collection. That does not include minicons and little stuff like that.

You know I have no idea. It's huge though. I have 3 major collections. At home, my G1ish collection, my Alternators/MP collection and at my Apartment I have my Classics. Lets try to break it down:
In my G1ish collection I have 100 or so from G1, G2, or G1 molds (most are reissues).
I probably have about 100 or so figures from post G1 series (BeastWars, Universe, Unicron trilogy,etc)
So that makes about 200 give or take 20 or so for my G1ish collection (not counting Beast Wars)

I probably have about 20 Beast Wars related figures.

I probably have about 30 Alternators/MPs

and

I probably have about 30 Classic/TFU 2.0s

Altogether I'd guestamate 300.
